Work Life in a Lockdown

As the coronavirus pandemic takes hold of countries around the world, businesses and organisations have been forced to send their workers home and where possible enter the virtual workspace, with little or no preparation. So how are we managing? 

Many women have been juggling their work life balance long before Covid -19 arrived, but does that mean we are more or less able to adapt to the change? As the World stays at home, nearly two-thirds of us believe it may be more of an indication on how we will work in the future. 

Natalie Sauber’s job has always been face to face, at conferences or in meetings, but now she does everything in the virtual world and she’s noticed some very interesting changes.
